My therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I combine:

  • Evidence‑based tools (CBT, ACT, EFT, ERP, EMDR, coping and emotion regulation skills)

  • Trauma‑informed practices to create safety and pace healing

  • Faith‑integrated reflection, using Scripture and prayer when desired

  • Practical coaching for boundaries, self‑care, and daily routines

I respect your beliefs and never force spiritual content—faith is offered as a resource when it’s helpful.

I utilize therapies that help to decrease emotional discomfort and build psychosocial resilience. This includes heart centered traditional talk therapy along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reproccessing), Exposure Response Therapy (ERP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

 
 

Consultation

Consultation is free and is to determine whether we will be a good fit, clarify goals, and discuss logistics. I will ask you some questions and only require brief answers. If we decide to work together we will get into more detail at our intake session. Your safety is a concern and not all diagnoses will be appropriate for virtual therapy.
